Bath and Body warm vanilla sugar

2) Do you prefer bed:soft or hard?

SOFT...I don't like hard beds at all. I have enough trouble sleeping as it is.

3) What is your favorite color for cars (any vehicle)?

I would like a bright red or yellow next I think.

4) What is your favorite season and why (yes this is one question)?

FALL! I love everything about it. The weather,colors and smells.

college...and only Arkansas

I love BBQ'ed the best since my memaw isn't here to fry it any more...well mamas is pretty good too.

8) What was your favorite game as a child (board, outdoors, video,etc.)?

Kickball! We would all play in memaws yard and she'd stand in the bathroom window and referee us.

I look rough I had been riding 4 wheelers with the kids.

My favorite part of my house in my huge back porch my hubby built. It goes almost the length of my house and we spend lots of time out there. Sorry the pics are not the best but I haven't gotten it in shape for Spring yet and these were taken last year when Kel came home.

I can remember asking and begging for one for what seemed like years but I'm sure it was just months. I do remember mama was still married to Nolan (my birth dad) so I had to be around 9 years old. 

I did get it... for my birthday I think. 

I spent many hours trying to learn how to jump and I never quite mastered it.

BUT

 I loved my pogo stick!

All About MEme: My First Kiss!

Last night I posted on my bb all about my first kiss and somewhere in cyberland it is floating around lonely.

My first kiss was when I was around 12. 

I lived in a neighborhood full of boys and only 1 other girl. 

We became really good friends and still talk every once in a while. Her name is Denita and I call her D.

Well one night this cute patootie guy was at her house,I don't know where he came from,he wasn't from our neighborhood. He was probably 13...maybe aeven an older "man" at 14. I know he was blue-eyed and blonde hair...I do not remember his name.

We were all 3 walking around the "hood" when D dared us to kiss.

I remember thinking "OH! He can kiss!"

How did I know?

I was 12! I had never been kissed before.

I also never seen that boy again. 

All I do know is my first kiss was on a dare with a stranger under some old ladies mimosa tree while I was wearing my red t-shirt that said HOT STUFF.

Afterwards D and I went back to her house and I remember dancing to Hot Child in the City.

That's my first kiss story...and fellow Just Dance competitors....remember I was dancing way back in da day!

Everyone else was adding their first kiss with their hubby so I had to add mine.
I met my husband through yahoo personals. We talked for 2 weeks before I would meet him then I wouldn't let him come to my house. We met at the beach and I got in his truck to talk. (If my kids got in a guys truck they had never met I would kill them...thank God Britt wasn't a serial killer) He had to be at work in 30 minutes and I meant to meet him at that time on purpose! ANYWAY..... We talked for a little bit...a few minutes actually and I leaned over and kissed him. I hate waiting on that first kiss! Get it outta the way and it allows you to relax. Plus a kiss can tell you...or at least me a lot about a person. I obviously liked it cause I went back for more...and more....and ....

I'm going to give a list of 5...I really think that is all of the times I got pulled over....5 only, really.

1. I was working late and had to be at a birthday party at 5pm. I was going 55 on a 35mph street,I saw those flashing lights and was terrified. I was shaking SO bad. I got a ticket on that one...a large ticket. They don't like you going 20 miles over the limit for some reason....

2. I had a friend who had a daughter who NEVER sat in a carseat or seatbelt. I said ok just this once but you better stay down. (STUPID on my part in so many ways) Music was loud,we were talking and laughing and again there's those flashing lights. He talked to me....not so nice....her mama,even more rude (not that I blame him) and then had a talk with the child. Got off with a warning.

3. SAME street...different cop...same kid,unbuckled...I didn't know this time. Another warning and I told the kid You will NEVER go any where with me again if you can't learn to wear a belt..... never had another problem with her...she's now married and expecting her first,hope she buckles it up!

4. 3am roads are deserted,just got off work and taking a friend home. Light turns yellow,in a semi-bad part of town...no other cars 'cept for one coming toward me...I run the light. Car coming toward me? Yep it was a cop. He turns around,gets behind me and turns on his lights. Remember bad part of town...I turn flashers on and make him follow me a mile down the road...ok maybe 2 miles and pull into a 7-11 where there is a light. First thing out of his mouth was "why didn't you pull over when I first turned my lights on?' I said " Because it was dark and I knew 7-11 was right up the road."  I was in my moms car,couldn't find proof of insurance...or registration, had sorta kinda in a slow way ran from the cop. I was scared....got a warning. :)

(We no longer have 7-11's here)

5. This past summer we got back from Florida and I went to town to meet Nikki to get Daisy in my husbands truck. Which is powerful...I feel like a big girl driving it. I get my d-o-g and on the way home a trooper passes me..soon as he does I look in mirror and see brake lights,look at speed and was going 63 in a 55. Big trooper comes up,wants to know if I knew I was speeding. I told him "Yes sir cause when you passed me and stepped on your brakes I looked and knew you were coming to get me." and then explained... "This is my husbands truck,I'm not use to driving it and it has a lot more power than my car." He ask me to slow down and gave me a warning!

5 stops and 1 ticket...not to bad,not bragging tho cause I'll get stopped and get one tomorrow for bragging. OK I'm outta here....

I'm choosing the top 5 deal breakers with a relationship...although you would never get into the relationship phase with these deal breakers.

#1 When I was single I went out with this guy that I thought was pretty cool...until we were at a stop light and he turned the light inside the truck on and he had the dirtiest ears I have ever seen! Q-tips do not cost that much money people!

#2  Teeth.... I'm sorry but everybody can afford a toothbrush,surely.

#3 Grown man,don't have a car and living with mama while I worked 60+ hours a week with 2 kids and my own place? 

Not interested.

#4 I dated a guy for a couple months before that every time we would go out to eat he would say "What do I want?" 

Well....I don't know!  and his reply would always be "Well isn't that what wives and girlfriends do? Tell you what to eat and where to go all the time?"

Yeah I wanted to tell him where to go.

#5 Drugs.

I'm not currently reading anything so I'm going to do a book I just finished.

I recently finished The Sweet By and By by Sara Evans and Rachel Hauck. Great book!

I read whenever and where ever I can. During commercials, sitting in kitchen floor while cooking, but mostly in bed.

I like all kinds of books. Mostly scary and funny with a little romance and civil war era thrown in but I will read anything.

Most all of my books come from swaptree.com. If you don't know about this place, visit it! Some others come from publishing companies that i review for.

After I finish my books I will either share with others, list them on swaptree.com or do a giveaway.

Book quirks? Hmmmmm, I don't like to turn down pages. I will use all kinds of things as a bookmark. Some things I have used recently are bobby pins, thread and a clippie. I do own and even make bookmarks....just never use them.

I'm going to tell about the time I played spy and it changed my life-

 

It was October of 2004,I was here in Arkansas and my husband was working at the Nuclear plant in Florida. I had just left there about 4 weeks earlier and about 2 weeks before this spying I noticed he was acting.... different.  

We USE to talk on the phone a lot.

We USE to talk several times a day.

He USE to call while he was at work

...not so much now.

SO...One night I was sitting at home thinking what the crap and decide dto get online and look up his cell calls.

 

Ever heard the saying if you look hard enough for something

YOU WILL FIND IT.

I found that he had several...ok A LOT of calls going to this one particular number in Miami...he was in Homestead. I sat there and got madder and madder by the minute second.

I call the number and get voicemail...yep it is a lady, a woman, a wench.

I leave a message and was nice about it...really I was.

I kindly said that I noticed her number on my cell bill several...like 32 times and didn't recognize it. Could she please call me back so I could get this straightened out.

She didn't call back, She called Michael in stead.

It just so happen I was on the phone with him and she beeped in. We were not discussing what I had found, I was trying to wait until she called me...like that ever happen. So she beeps in and he says he has to go.... *Grrrrr*

The next morning he calls wanting to know if we had a trust issue.

??????????????

YOU THINK!

Needless to say he never came "home" to my house again except months later to get his stuff. He still says he swears nothing happened but the one thing he said to me that I will never forget was when I accused him of sleeping with her...like they wouyld have slept.

His exact comment was " I haven't f...ed her YET.

YET?

That told me everything I need to know...one little word.

Good riddance to bad rubbish and all that.

That was one of my spy moments that totally changed my life.

It's that time again!

This week is x-tra special to me cause it is as close as I'll get to one of my most favoritest show EVAH!

5 Essential MEme Items  

I cannot  ( hissssss) survive without.

* on a daily basis

* on a deserted island

* with my kids in the car 

We can choose which one and I choose on a daily basis because my kids are grown...well Linzy is almost 15 and not AS annoying as when they are smaller and the girls are like 23 and 26....so this one doesn't apply. I'm thinking I'd have to get on a boat to end uyp on a deserted island and I don't see that happening.

SO 

5 essential items I can not survive witout on a daily basis are....

1. My husband,kids,and family. I think that's pretty self explanatory. Although I could survive without a husband I choose not to.

2. Chapstick. I have tubes of this stuff all over the house, in jacket pockets,my purse and in the winter in my car....too hot here in the summer time.I really do think it is an addiction,it could be worse.

3. My car. Not that I'm in love with it cause I'm not but I do like the idea of having transportation when ever I need or want it. I have been carless before and it is not a good feeling. 

4.My cell phone. How did we live without them? I know I could survive without it but I so don't wanna find out. It is like my life line between me and my loved ones. Kelly lives 600 miles away and I talk to her every day sometimes texting all day....when I lived in Reno,some 2000 miles from my mama in the late 80's I talked to her once a week on Sundays. That is why I love love LOVE my cell phone. 

5. My atenolol. Without it my heart beats too fast and skeers me.
